Between the
lines,
separating the letter,
under the words,
on the sign.
The letter I sent you,
so long ago,
telling the truth,
on what I haven’t told.
Explaining my life,
my unheard side,
hiding in the corner,
escaping I’ve tried.
Nothing has changed,
nothing has worked,
I’m stuck in this corner,
with blood on my shirt.
I must end it all,
start a new life,
leave the pain behind,
myself I must find.
The time has come,
to start over again,
I shall climb the tree,
to find a new leaf.
To let it fall,
the old leaf I toss,
a new one I find,
to have myself un-lost.
This is my last goodbye,
to my previous life,
I shall never come back,
to this old life, where I just can’t
hack.

Shining in your face,
Burning in your mind,
Haunted by the sight.
You have taken the pain,
For way to long,
Time to turn out the light.
Wake up to the pain,
Surrounded by hate
Can finally get away.
Always in your face,
Forever in your mind,
Time to fight back.
Yelling with all your might,
Screaming with all your tears,
Overcoming the light in your eyes.
Screaming, yelling, running,
Falling to your knees,
Crying dying winning.
Lying on the ground,
to weak to move,
too lost to cry.
Shutting out the light,
Trying with all your might,
To keep shut your eyes,
As you wait here,
